My name is Siobhan, I am a Reiki Practioner, Thywomb Goddess, Channel of ancestors, spoken word artist, space holder, motivational speaker, artist, Shamanic wombman in training, counsellor and etc...

My menstrual cycle has been painful since the age of 15/16 years old. I was put on the contraceptive pill for years as a solution. 

I stayed on the pill up until the age of about 24 years old. I found my moods changing out of my control, no longer in pain and forgetting to take it. 

I realised as I came off how I came back to myself and the real essence of my own spirit, inner voice, divine feminine.
